How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Settings tab.
- Tap Account, then open your Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter your account password.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on this device.
What gets deleted
- The account: email, name, password, the Gravatar avatar address.
- Active sessions on all devices.
- Subscription status on the server.
- Receipt scan metadata.
What remains
- Local data on your phone: transactions, categories, budgets, AI rules, and the cached Gravatar profile picture. They are not tied to the account; remove them by uninstalling the app. Exported backup files and the copies in your iCloud or Google device backup stay under your control and have to be deleted separately.
- The store subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store’s subscription settings.
- Server backups are kept for up to 14 days and are cleared automatically after that.
